Easter, Christmas and Last of the Year : Double room 180 euro

Extended Stay (one month or more) Euro 1800 - 2500 per month.

Above rates include an expanded Continental Breakfast, Tax and linen.

Breakfast is available for long-term stays at a nominal extra charge.

Extended stay rates are subject to availability and season.

Rates are subject to change without notice. Monthly rates available upon request.

A 2-night minimum stay is required.

A credit card number is required for the confirmation of the rooms it will guaranty the reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

At the arrival at the B&B you have to pay the balance due.

Once you have paid the balance we consider this final acceptance of the offer and we cannot entertain subsequent requests for refunds.

In case you are forced to cancel before arriving the refound system will be dependent on timing.

Up to 15 days prior your arrival date no charge the balance due is voided.

Less than 15 days prior yuor arrival date the cost of the first night will be charged on your credit card.
